From I-75:
Take exit 207 (Bee Ridge Road) heading West. Make first right onto Cattleman Road. Make first left onto Cattleridge Road. Make first left onto Maxfield Drive. The Maxfield Medical Building is a three-story salmon-colored building on your right, directly behind Chili’s. Dr. Sforzo’s office is on the second floor, Suite 200, located directly across from the elevator.

From Tamiami Trail:
Take Bee Ridge Road East to Cattleman Road. Make left on Cattleman and then take your first left onto Cattleridge Road. Make first left onto Maxfield Drive. The Maxfield Medical Building is a three-story salmon-colored building on your right, directly behind Chili’s. Dr. Sforzo’s office is on the second floor, Suite 200, located directly across from the elevator.

Take exit 213 (University Parkway) heading East to Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Make left going North. Make the second left into the Lakewood Ranch Medical Office Building I. Dr. Sforzo’s office is located on the third floor, Suite 320. Make a right out of the elevator, a a right down the hall, and the office is the first one on the right.

From SR-70:
Take Lakewood Ranch Blvd South to the Lakewood Ranch Medical Office Building I, about .5 miles North of Univeristy Parkway. Make right into the parking lot, just South of the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center and Women’s Center. Dr. Sforzo’s office is located on the third floor, Suite 320. Make a right out of the elevator, a a right down the hall, and the office is the first one on the right.
