Take exit 207 (Bee Ridge Road) heading West. Make first right onto Cattlemen Road. Make first left onto Cattleridge Road. Make first left onto Maxfield Drive. The Maxfield Medical Building is a three-story salmon-colored building on your right, directly behind Chili’s. Dr. Sforzo’s office is on the second floor, Suite 200, located directly across from the elevator.

From Tamiami Trail:
Take Bee Ridge Road East to Cattlemen Road. Make left on Cattlemen and then take your first left onto Cattleridge Road. Make first left onto Maxfield Drive. The Maxfield Medical Building is a three-story salmon-colored building on your right, directly behind Chili’s.
